Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at info@chetrex.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
